Paul Osborne has worked in the water industry for over 10 years providing mechanical and electrical design, project management and commissioning services for contractors such as Costain, Haswell Consulting Engineers, Babcock, AMEC, Earthtech Morrison, Econotech Limited, Naston Limited and Clark Construction Limited.
Projects include abstraction, dosing and pumping for water supply and flow monitoring to full refurbishment of wastewater plants for the following water companies:
